People change as does life. You can say I am in the process of making  the biggest change a person can make in their life.  I am on  a journey that very few dare take, but the freedom it is showing me is a wonderful experience. My change has also shown me a whole new path in life and I believe it is the right path for me, I love it.
Please don't make the mistake of thinking or the assumption that it is easy, because it is not.
There are many roadblocks that are thrown up daily, most of which the mainstream public are not aware of or they are issues that the most people take for granted because for them they aren't issues at all.

This website is dedicated to seeking out and providing information about transition from the civil and legal aspects of being a transgender. Within you will find links, information and guides for dealing with some of those issues. The information here is based on the current laws and policies within Washington State. The materials are written to assist in the development of workplace diversity policy and understanding.
The links and the information are  current  to the best of my knowledge.

Another purpose for this site is to provide a resource location for groups and organizations that support the LGBT Community.  The sharing of information within the Transgender Community is extremely important for not only individuals but for us as a supportive community. It is not only by working together but the sharing of information and resourses that will allow us as a group be successful within society.
It is also here for businesses and the mainstream public as a information source as to the issues that Transgendered people face on a daily basis.

If you the reader have valid information of methods or policies and resources that would help someone who is in transition, share your information so we all may benefit from your knowledge or experience.
If you are a Transgendered person please share your story, because everyone is different and special.
It is only as a collective voice that we can make positive change within our society.

To the mainstream reader, I 'd like to say, Please show your support and care for others by being accepting of them as individuals, please speak up in defense of those that are different when you hear negative comments being made and please be respectful about the persons privacy of their transition just accept that they are still a person, just a little different.
